The Benchmark Conference Plan saves you time and money. The Plan is built so that once the Letter of Agreement has been signed, your planning is almost complete. All you need to do is schedule meeting and meal times and let us know of any specific requests.

What if I want a private meal?
We can plan any type of private meal you like and can offer a wide array of selections to choose from on our Banquet Planner.

What if I need the meeting attendees to pay for the room portion? Wouldn't á la carte be a better choice?
No, we can set up a split bill for your group, where the individual attendees will be responsible for the cost of overnight accommodations and you group can pay the remaining charges, which includes all meeting and meal expenses.
