Hewlett Packard Meeting - 1/29-1/28/2010

I just wanted to reiterate to you my sincere appreciation for ALL of the staff here at Cheyenne Mountain Conference Center. Kathleen has been an absolute delight to work with for both the HP Ambassador Event as well as the EMEA Conference. Everyone from Lee in Sales down to the guys pushing chairs around - to everyone in between: AV, bellmen, wait staff, conference services, housekeeping, catering, bartenders even the pool guy (hell of a job in the winter)... has gone above and beyond expectations. We discussed this morning the possibility of having both of these events again next year and we voted hands down, that IF we are approved, this is the place to do it. Lee, don't start bugging me yet to sign a contract... I will miss you all, I live just 5 miles from here, so if I need some love, attention and to be waited on hand and foot -'I'll stop by. Please share this with everyone, I've tried to thank everyone personally throughout the past two weeks and I'm sure I've missed a lot of the 'behind the scenes' people; you have a great and amazing team here.

NACADA Region 10 Conference 3/2-3/7/2010

I wanted to thank you again for the outstanding service and support afforded by the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to our NACADA Region 10 conference! Best Buy Conference 3/18-3/29/2010

We had a great time getting to know the staff at CMR and felt comfortable knowing that they would answer all of our urgent requests right away. There were many last minute additions onsite, and the CMR staff not only accommodated all of our requests, but did everything with a smile on their face! Thank you in particular for your hard work on the event, there were many moving parts and you handled the entire event with ease (and lots of patience!). I hope we are able to return in the very near future!

White Wave Conference 4/28/10-4/30/2010

I did want to tell you that my team had an AMAZING time! The meeting was a success! Everyone at Cheyenne Mountain was so helpful and so friendly. Anything we needed was delivered! I had everyone tell me the food was fabulous (which some places we have been the food was not that good!) so that was a huge plus! The bar was fantastic as well. We all loved the pool tables and the Wii entertainment. That is always a hit! I guess I can't say enough good things about last week! One person said the views were better than the Broadmoor! And another person said it was the best off-site she has ever been to. I will definitely tell all the other Exec. Assistants here at WhiteWave to plan their next one at Cheyenne Mountain. Thank you so much again for everything! You were so patient with me getting this set up and that is a big plus in my book!

Community Bible Study 4/22-4/28/2010

Just when we think we have produced and enjoyed the BEST MEETING EVER @ CMR, the incredible staff and those we most closely partner with out- do themselves again! How is it possible that they can raise the standard of hospitality every time we are your guests? I don't know how you do it, but your best just gets better! Kroger Annual Sales Meeting 5/2-5/6/2010

Kenny has told everyone in our office what an outstanding job your staff and everyone did at the resort. He was very pleased with everything! In fact, it was mentioned several times in our meetings, that we want our store employees to be as friendly and accommodating to everyone that comes into our stores as you all are. Every one of your employees was pleasant and friendly! We do thank you for that nice golf day...it was beautiful! Thank you, again, for all you did!!!!!!!!

TriQuint Semiconductor Global Sales Conference 5/13-5/29/2010

I wanted to express my thanks for the photo support provided by Bob Smalley recently when TriQuint Semiconductor held its annual sales meeting at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Bob was with us from check-in until the final event was put to bed, and he managed to not only keep his good humor but also deliver professional, always-at-the-ready service. Bob was flexible and set to help with any need, even though some of these developed at the last-minute, which is undoubtedly common in large-scale events. The quality of Bob's work was also reliable and professional; he was able to handle the circumstances that we asked him to cover with thoroughness and good humor. Bob's unflappable nature and consistent quality customer service recommends him highly, in my opinion. I've been in marketing since the 1970s and have shot photos professionally since 1982. I just wanted to send you all a quick note to say a BIG THANK YOU for making our StarMaker 2010 Conference a huge success!!!!! You all are the best! Your professionalism, attention to detail and quality customer service are unparalleled. The conference services staff was great, always courteous and responded immediately to any request. The restaurant wait staff was excellent and the food was superb.

We all had a wonderful time at the Resort and visiting the local attractions!

Hi Laura,

Recently, my team held a strategy session at your Cheyenne Mountain Resort on September 13-15 and I would like to provide some feedback. I don't normally take the time to submit feedback but in this case, I was compelled. I mainly worked with Penny Bergsten but also with other members of the team in the business center across from the Boardroom there. Everyone went out of their way to help my team and I have a successful meeting and more and I would like to be sure they are recognized for going above and beyond our expectations.

First, the AV team was quick to respond to my last minute requests for projector use, connectors for my polycom and power/surge protectors in my breakout room. They were very pleasant to work with and I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that assisted me.

Second, I understand the team went out of their way to retrieve some supplies that were inadvertently shipped to our dinner location instead of the meeting location by people in my company. Whoever helped us by getting the supplies from the restaurant to the resort was a "lifesaver!"

Third, the cake for a surprise party was delicious and I'm not sure how last minute that was planned but whoever helped pull that together with plates and utensils was another "godsend!"

Fourth, the staff constantly helped me with my luggage and meeting materials to and from my car, the meeting space and more and did it with a smile. I'm 9 months pregnant now and wasn't able to lift anything so even though it may be "their job," I couldn't have functioned well without their help!

Fifth, the business center staff was great with printing my meeting materials when I was running late to the session and they had them in the conference room for my team when they got there. It was a last minute request to which they responded with perfect customer service.

I also was able to get a last appointment for a massage and the hotel transported me there and back because of your center's contacts. I could go on and on about the staff as you can see and wanted you to have this feedback. Penny was great to work with from the start as well and helped us through our budget constraints. All in all, everyone had a great time, really enjoyed the property and the service would be tough to surpass.
