The Mountain View Dining Room features elegant buffets that offer guests a wide selection of delicious hot entrées, separate salad bar and dessert tables, and a special order grill accented by beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain. The Executive Chef utilizes a five day rotation cycle to ensure every guest, regardless of their length of stay, will not experience identical meals. The Dining Room also offers seating on the Terrace.
