The Mountain View Restaurant is the resort's signature dining establishment, featuring high ceilings with beautiful wood beams, ample natural light and an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the mountains.

The restaurant is locally renowned for its sumptuous buffets, featuring mouthwatering spreads of decadent dishes. From our open-air kitchen, our team of culinary experts provides a variety of fresh daily selections to ensure discerning guests are always sampling something different. Our award-winning Sunday Champagne Brunch is the ultimate experience at the Mountain View Restaurant!

We are proud to introduce a new concept to our guests at the Mountain View Restaurant – Colorado Fusion! With these a la carte offerings, we have blended the best of locally grown organic products and wild game with the flavors of the Southwest to bring our guests a cuisine truly indicative of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains!
