Head Golf Professional
Nate is a native Minnesotan and a graduate of St. Cloud State University in central Minnesota with a BS degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. After college, he lived the "snowbird" lifestyle and worked for the TPC Scottsdale in the winter and Grand View Lodge Resort in Nisswa, Minnesota in the summer. Nate then spent the next three years in Arizona, working at The Golf Club Scottsdale (now called Scottsdale National). In 2005, he met his wife Marishah and they were married the following year. Nate and Marishah moved back to Minnesota after their wedding and Nate went back to work for the Grand View Lodge for the next 10 years. There, Nate was Head Professional for 6 years at one of their two championship courses, The Preserve. In 2015, he was awarded the Merchandiser of the Year in the Minnesota section and was also certified as a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Professional.
When Nate is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, Logan and Brynn.

Beginning at the age of 8, and continuing on through college, Ann learned to love the game of golf and appreciate the character building aspects required to be proficient. As a professional, she has brought joy to many students' lives through her infectious, energetic approach to learning. It is her goal to teach each student to learn to love and appreciate the game that she so dearly values. Ann is a long-time member of The PGA of America, the third member of the Colorado PGA Section to be named recipient of the national PGA Junior Golf Leader Award, and the first woman in Colorado to be named recipient of a national PGA award. The award was established in 1988, to recognize the PGA Professionals who are leaders in junior golf and who reflect the ideals of those who work with youth.
1st Assistant Golf Pro
Alex began playing golf with his dad at the age of 10, quickly realizing he had a passion and a talent for the game. He came to Colorado Springs from Danville, California. He had not ever lived outside California when he came to UCCS to begin the PGM program. Alex attended Junior College at Chabot Community College in Hayward, California. He was part of a State Championship team in 2011. He excelled in his playing while attending UCCS and was part of the Jones Cup which is a competition held among all schools that have PGM programs. He is an outstanding player and enjoys The Country Club of Colorado golf experience. Alex has been working with the golf team since May of 2013. He did his 2nd internship with us and then became the 2nd assistant in the Spring of 2015.
Proving to be a valuable asset to the golf team, Alex is now our 1st Assistant Golf Professional. Alex enjoys playing golf, his many friends and misses long walks on the beach. Although, the mountains have definitely found a place in his heart.
Golf Course Superintendent
Born in Glenwood Springs, Glenn has been a Colorado boy his entire life. He started his career in golf maintenance at the Fort Collins Country Club in 1980 while attending CSU, then after graduating and 10 years of work at FCCC, he moved to Vail and spent the next 20 years building, growing in and maintaining many golf courses. Glenn oversaw the construction and grow-in of five golf courses in the mountains, including Cordillera Summit Course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Adams Mountain Country Club designed by Tom Weiskopf.
Glenn moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 to take over as superintendent at The Country Club of Colorado at Cheyenne Mountain Resort and couldn't be happier. When he's not working or golfing, Glenn enjoys hiking, skiing, making art, travel, music and his three daughters, Kaytlyn, Hana and Grace.
