Please note that cancellations within seven (7) days prior to arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night room and tax. Specific rates or dates may have special deposit/cancellation terms.
Cheyenne Mountain Resort is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. All guest rooms including balconies are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed to anyone found smoking in their guestroom.
Cheyenne Mountain Resort accepts only dogs, with a limit of two per room. Dogs must be under 80 pounds and if left unattended in a guest room, must be kenneled. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and are not allowed in restaurants. For more information on the pet policy click here.

Taxes and Fees
Room rates are subject to a 9.63% tax and 2.37% public improvement fee. An additional Resort Fee of $18 per room will be charged. The following amenities are included as part of the resort fee: parking(self or valet), fitness classes, outdoor tennis, boating(seasonal), wireless internet access in guestrooms and public areas, 800 and Local call access, newspaper and in room coffee and tea, fitness center and aquatics access and parking.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 12 noon.
A first night's room and tax deposit is required at time of booking.
Debit Card Policy
At the time of check in we authorize the full amount of your stay plus $50 per day for incidentals. With a debit card, this transaction shows up immediately on your account and these funds will not be available for your use for up to ten business days.
Rollaway charge is $30 per night and is only available in King Rooms.
Cheyenne Mountain Resort charges a mandatory handling fee of $7.50 per box for both incoming and outgoing packages. This fee is in addition to actual shipping costs.
