  • PIF

    PIF is assessed to all charges at the Resort at a rate of 2.25%.

    A Public Improvement Fee (PIF) is a fee that developers may require their tenants to collect on sales transactions to pay for on-site improvements. The PIF is a fee and NOT a tax; therefore, it becomes a part of the overall cost of the sale/service and is subject to sales tax.

    Examples of these improvements include curbs and sidewalks, parking facilities, storm management system (including snow removal), sanitary sewer systems, road development (within the site), and outdoor public plazas.

  • Resort Fee

    The following amenities are included with our daily Resort Fee of $28:

    • Self Parking in outdoor lot
    • Wireless Internet access in guest rooms and public areas
    • 800 and local call access
    • Morning newspaper from the General Store and in-room coffee and tea
    • Access to Country Club (green fees additional)
    • Fitness Center and Aquatics access with parking
    • Fitness classes
    • Outdoor Tennis
    • Lake Rentals - sail boats, paddle boats, and kayaks (seasonal)
    • Outdoor heated resort pool and hot tub (open year-round)

    Business Service Center (Ext. 4300)

    Located on the Conference Level, one level down from Main Lobby, we provide a full array of business services, copies, faxes, and computer access. FedEx, UPS, and outgoing shipping services are available (handling fees will apply).

    Dry Cleaning (Ext. 4020)

    Available Monday - Saturday

    For same day service, drop off at Guest Services desk prior to 8:00 am.

    ATM

    Located in the Main Lobby of the Resort and the Golf Shop in the Clubhouse Building.

    Room Safe Deposit Box

    A safe is located in all guest rooms for the protection of your valuables.

    Transportation from Colorado Springs Airport

    Taxi Service: Approximately $26 one way
    Town Car Service: Approximately $125 one way

    Self Parking is available outside each lodge and is included in the Resort Fee.

  • Getting Here

    Driving

    Cheyenne Mountain Resort is just a 20-minute drive from the Colorado Springs Airport, offering 120 daily flights from 10 commercial airlines. The property is approximately an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport.

    Directions

    From I-25

    Take Exit 138 for Circle Drive/Lake Ave.
    Turn west (toward the mountains).
    Drive two miles to CO-115 South.
    Continue under the overpass and turn left onto the CO-115 S ramp.
    At the first traffic light, take a right onto Cheyenne Mountain Blvd.
    Take your first left on Broadmoor Valley Rd.
    In three blocks, Cheyenne Mountain Resort will be on your left.

    From Colorado Springs Airport

    Go west on Milton E. Proby Pkwy. toward Service Rd.
    In 3 miles, turn left onto S. Academy and stay in the middle lane.
    Follow Academy 4 miles to Highway 115.
    Exit north at Highway 115.
    In 1 mile, turn left on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd.
    Take your first left on Broadmoor Valley Rd.
    In three blocks, Cheyenne Mountain Resort will be on your left.
