Sales Team

    Jess Johnson

    Director of Sales and Marketing

    A veteran in hospitality, Jess leads the Sales and Marketing team with over two decades of experience, and over 15 years in Sales alone at resorts in Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida. Now Jess brings his years of experience in luxury hospitality to re-imagine the resort and epitomize its nature as Quintessential Colorado.

    Jess is an expert in branding, having worked under large brands such as Sheraton, JW Marriott, Hilton, and now Wyndham, along with smaller brands such as the Horseshoe Bay Resort and Kimpton. He sold the nearly 3,000 rooms of Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center and, across properties, oversaw renovations from $250 million to ground-up new builds and closed assets that were relaunched and rebranded.

    In his free time, Jess enjoys gardening and racing cars, along with spending time with his wife and three sons.

    Caitlin Palin

    Director of Group Sales

    With over a decade of coast to coast hospitality experience, Caitlin brings her passion for exceptional service to her new home in Colorado Springs. Caitlin draws from her years as an event manager to understand her clients’ missions. Coupled with her extensive budget management experience, she sets out to help her clients achieve their creative and financial goals. Her answer is always yes!

    Outside of work you’ll find Caitlin soaking up the sunshine on Colorado’s endless hiking trails, testing a new recipe, exploring a new restaurant, and chasing her young son around the house.

    Bobbie Giles

    Director of Catering

    Bobbie leads the Catering Team with over 16 years of hospitality experience in roles selling and servicing events. Before she joined the team, Bobbie worked at the Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop and Hilton Denver Inverness, where she was instrumental in Catering Sales, developing packages, and fostering client relationships.

    Bobbie commutes from her home in Denver, where she spends her time with her husband, 3 children, and family dog.

    Shannon Noroian

    Meetings & Conference Services Manager

    Originally from Florida, Shannon has been in hospitality for 20 years and specifically resort hotels for the past 6 years. More recently she spent time as a Senior Outlet Manager and then as Banquet Manager for Vail Resorts. With that background, she excels in creating a seamless event from start to finish. In her free time you can find Shannon with her husband, Pete, usually mountain biking, dirt biking, skiing, hiking, or camping - often with their puppy, Jinks!
